In continuation of the capacity building programs of the Afghan Journalists Safety Committee (AJSC), the “Gender-Sensitive Reporting” and “Journalists Safety” training programs were organized for 31 journalists and media workers of Begum and Jawanan radio stations.

In these programs, journalists and media workers were trained on subjects such as identifying gender-sensitive topics, gender-sensitive journalism, maintaining gender equality in content production and managing media houses, safety measures while reporting from warzones, crowded areas and protest sites and workplace safety.
Meanwhile, participants of the training programs thanked the AJSC for organizing such constructive training programs.
