To address challenges facing media work, the Afghan Journalists Safety Committee (AJSC) held a coordination meeting with local media managers and journalists in Ghor province.
During a work trip to Ghor province, Shamil Ahmad Mashal, AJSC’s western zone coordinator, accompanied by Ghulam Rabbani Hadafmand, AJSC’s focal point for Ghor, in addition to evaluating the overall media work situation of the province, met with local media managers and journalists.
In this meeting, facilitating journalists better access to information, creating a safer work environment, and journalists and media houses financial challenges were discussed.
The media managers and journalists, appreciated AJSC’s activities in Ghor province, adding that continuation AJSC’s support initiatives improves media work in this province.
AJSC has been consistently working to address challenges facing the media, and facilitate a safe environment for journalists.
