The Afghan Journalists Safety Committee (AJSC) hosted Mohammad Sadeq Akef Muhajer, spokesperson for the Ministry of Propagation of Virtue and Prevention Vice (MPVPV).
In the spokesperson’s visit to the AJSC, challenges facing media houses and journalists such as lack of journalists’ access to information and coordination and cooperation between media and the government were discussed.
In the meeting, Mr. Muhajer, referring to the challenges facing the media, said that the government is endeavoring to address the challenges facing the media.
The AJSC has been working to facilitate better coordination between the government and the media, and a safe environment for journalists.
